Chalet Sache 15 March 2009

An amazing week of sunshine, which made for some great skiing. We had three families and some dodgy extra geezers in with us this week. The beginners of the group came on in leaps and bounds in Sainte Foy whilst the rest of the chalet got visits to Tignes and Italy.

There were also birthdays to celebrate, songs to sing and magic tricks to be amazed by(?)

Kirsty : The youngest member of the team, she spent the week enjoying sledding, swimming and seeing Matt.

William : The ultimate werewolf hunter. He also discovered a lot of new tastes this week, ice tea and chocolate pizza.

Josh : Another great beginner skier, he also took a promotion, not only in his class but also becoming his mums bodyguard.

Rosie : Rosie took to skiing like a natural, she was that fast in actual fact that she had to be moved up a class.

Stephen : The team leader, who knew how to ski, ski, ski. Watch out though if he sat down on the slopes!!

Marion : The weather was that good this week that even Marion took her hat off.

Peter : The milk tray man! He worked so hard this week that his legs deserved the rest in the spa at the end of the day.

Lucinda : You would have never known that she was her beginner skier, Lucinda gave it all that she had with great success.

David : One of the birthday boys of the week. Only a shame that we couldn't win enough Euros at poker to buy a phone that works.

Drew : So was it the gnome hat that made him go faster or was it just because he was a great skier.

Neale : He may have not liked the boarder cross at the beginning of the week but once he had master the leg lift fling he moved from doing linford's to parallel with easy.

Jacqueline: So there was a hidden Sing Star superstar in our midst…. She also looked great on video again and again.
